Board of Directors
IAPAC is steered by a Board of Directors. The members of the Board of Directors shall consist of a minimum of seven and maximum of eleven directors. Each member of the Board shall be of majority age, a citizen of the United States, and a regular member or Trustee of PAAIA. Members of the Board may serve as corporate officers. The term of each Director shall be for two calendar years.
The Political Director is responsible for the daily operation of IAPAC. The Political Director reports directly to the Board of Directors.
The Treasurer is responsible for filing complete and accurate reports and statements to the Federal Election Commission (FEC). In addition, the Treasurer is responsible for authorizing all expenditures and monitoring contributions to ensure full compliance with the law's limits and prohibitions.
National leadership Circle (NLC)
The National Leadership Circle consists of Democratic, Republican, and Independent members of PAAIA who have a track record of supporting candidates for public office or are interested in participating in the electioneering process. NLC members have bi-annual conference calls with PAAIA’s Leadership Team and Policy Advisers and have the opportunity to submit recommendations on candidates for IAPAC to support. In addition, NLC members are invited to PAAIA’s Annual Leadership Summit and our and our annual Nowruz reception on Capitol Hill. Click here to learn more about NLC, or click here to join.
