Ms. Gita Kashani

Gita Kashani has a Degree in Accounting and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. She currently owns her own Iranian Radio Program called PARS radio, which covers the entire Bay Area on 96.1 FM.

Ms. Kashani is the former President and current Board Member at the Society of Iranian Professionals (SIP). In addition, she is one of the founders of the Persian Center, a non-profit charitable organization which encourages and facilitates programs contributing to the cultural, professional, and artistic advancement of the Community. She has served on the Host Committee of the Foundation for the Children of Iran whose purpose is to enable children from Iran or of Iranian origin to receive health care services in the United States. Ms. Kashani is also on the Host Committee for Schools On Line and Encyclopedia Iranica, a multi-disciplinary reference work and research tool designed to record the facts of Iranian history and civilization.
