Dr. Bahram Javid
Dr. Bahram Javid is currently an Associate Professor
in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial
Surgery at the School of Dentistry at the University
of Pacific in San Francisco, California. He is
also a Clinical Associate Professor at the Department
of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the School
of Dentistry at the University of California San
Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Javid is founder of School
of Dental Medicine and served as both the Dean
of School of Dental Medicine and Dean of Students
at the School of Medicine at Shiraz University,
Shiraz, Iran.
Dr. Javid attended Hillsea College and Durham
University in the United Kingdom and served a
specialty residency in Oral and Maxillofacial
Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania hospital
in Philadelphia. He obtained his D.M.D from Tufts
University, School of Dental medicine. He was
a Fellow at the International College of Dentists,
the American College of Dentists, and the Pierre
Fauchard Society. He also serves as an advisor
at the World Heath Organization. He currently
lives in Berkley, California.
