Mr. Shahin Hedayat
 Mr.
Shahin Hedayat has worked in the semiconductor
industry for over 20 years concentrating on telecommunications
product development.
He was the President and Co-Founder of Centillium
Communications, a publicly traded company. Centillium
pioneered high density DSL and VOIP chips which
contributed to wide scale deployment of broadband
services.
Prior to Centillium, Shahin was VP of Engineering
for Cirrus Logic. He was responsible for development
of a new data/fax/voice modem product line which
subsequently gained broad market acceptance.
Shahin Holds BSEE and MSEE from University of
Michigan, Ann Arbor and holds eight U.S. patents.
