IAPAC is steered by a Board of Directors. The members of the Board of
Directors shall consist of a minimum of seven and maximum of eleven
directors. Each member of the Board shall be of majority age and a citizen
of the United States. Members of the Board may serve as corporate officers.
Members of the Board are elected by the Board of Trustees two-year terms to
provide both continuity and flexibility to the organization's governing
body.
The Board of Trustees are supporters of IAPAC
whose purpose is to promote the goals of the committee
and solicit funds on its behalf. Trustees must
agree to the mission of IAPAC and be willing to
raise a minimum of $10,000 annually for the committee.
The Board of Trustees shall consist of a maximum
of 50. Trustees shall elect the Board of Directors
and provide general counsel to the Board and corporate
officers to serve the best interests of the committee.

The
Junior Board of Trustees |
The Board of Junior Trustees are supporters of
IAPAC whose purpose is to assist the Board of
Trustees in advancing the mission and goals of
IAPAC and to solicit funds on its behalf. The
purpose of the Board of Junior Trustees also includes
encouraging younger generations of Iranian Americans
to actively participate in the electoral process.
Junior Trustees must agree to the mission of IAPAC
and be willing to raise a minimum of $1,000 annually
for the committee.
The Political Director is responsible
for the daily operation of IAPAC. The Political
Director reports directly to the Board of Directors.
The Treasurer is responsible for filing
complete and accurate reports and statements to
the Federal Election Commission (FEC). In addition,
the Treasurer is responsible for authorizing all
expenditures and monitoring contributions to ensure
full compliance with the law's limits and prohibitions.
