 Brian Fitzpatrick
 U.S. House of Representatives (R-1st/PA)

Brian Fitzpatrick is the U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania’s 1st congressional district. A former FBI agent, he was elected in 2016 and took office on January 3, 2017. He was re-elected on November 6, 2018, to the newly redrawn 1st district. Fitzpatrick serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and on the Transportation & Infrastructure Committee.

Fitzpatrick opposed President Donald Trump's 2017 executive order to impose a temporary ban on entry to the U.S. to citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries. He stated that "the president's policy entirely misses the mark.

In 2020, Fitzpatrick voted for the No Ban Act (HR2214), which repeals all iterations of the Travel, Asylum, and Refugee Bans and creates more mechanisms for any administration to undergo before enacting similar policies.
